Car airpurifier

The car air purifier disinfects, deodorizes and sterilizes the car interior with the introduction of low quantities of ozone and negative ions in the vehicle. The use of environmentally friendly ozone which destroys odors and sterilizes air and surfaces by direct oxidation leaves no residue, unlike conventional de odorizes which perform the act of masking a bad odour by a pleasant smell. The pleasant smell is not always environmentally friendly and causes long term health issues to the vehicle occupants.

Ozone is increasingly used in the storage of fruits, vegetables, flowers, meat, fish, cheese etc for extension of market quality storage life (preservation),control of pathogens, moulds, fungus, yeast and a host of other micro organisms which has adverse effect on the stored product. The use of ozone keeps the cold room clean of any unwanted mould and fungal growth. Ozone is also used in oxidation of the ethylene gas which prevents the fresh reduce from ripening.

It also effectively controls odour problems in cold room and also prevent any cross contamination of the food stored. Ozone is certified organic and is approved by the FDA and USDA as food contact substance.

Locker rooms

Ozone has been successfully used in locker rooms, for the removal of VOCs, smell, bacteria, mould , mildew and other micro organisms from the HVAC system.

Kitchen exhaust system

Ozone system reduces oil and grease in the kitchen exhaust systems keeping the exhaust duct works clean and odour free. It eliminates all types of micro organisms and prevents the built in of the same in entering the kitchen. Ozone reduces the odours to a minimum if not eliminating them all together by oxidation. This prevents food smell from re-entering the HVAC system through the fresh air intakes of nearby buildings and offices.

Aquaculture

Ozone is used in fresh and saltwater aquaculture to improve the water quality by reduced organic loading, bacteria, viruses, fungi, etc. By reducing the organic loading (BOD) the yellow colour of the water is removed improving the turbidity of the water. It should be noted that the purpose of ozone is not to sterilize the water but to check the micro organisms and maintain the required ORP in the aquarium/ pond.

Micro Bubble System

The production of micro-bubbles of gas in the liquid medium without any contact tank for saturation and dissolution of the gas in the liquid medium. These extremely small sizes of the bubble make it impossible to break it by physical means due to the high energy requirements.
